My recent stay at Gaurishankar Backpackers was a culinary adventure I won't soon forget. The hotel provides an impressive breakfast spread, offering a delightful mix of à la carte, continental, and American options. I particularly enjoyed the freshly prepared American-style pancakes, a perfect way to start the day. The ambiance of the hotel's restaurant was equally appealing. The outdoor seating area was inviting, allowing guests to soak in the surroundings while enjoying a warm cup of coffee from the nearby Buddha Bakehouse and Cafe. What truly set this experience apart was the sense of community fostered among the guests, sharing recommendations for local eateries like Pokhara Thakali Kitchen only steps away. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, ensuring that my dining experience was seamless. Gaurishankar Backpackers is a prime choice for any food enthusiast exploring the region.
